We also find that some participants have perhaps been to a course already where they are in a large group, with little hands on experience. They may often have lacked the confidence to provide treatments unaided and time goes on and the momentum to ‘ take the plunge’ is lost. Our courses can build on the initial knowledge and help participants to effectively incorporate these procedures into their practices.
